Double room – solo use

• The price includes: accommodation in the specified room type, selected service, welcome drink, unlimited use of the indoor pool, fitness center, parking, wi-fi.
• The residence tax €1.5 per person/day
• Buffet dinner includes cold/hot appetizers (cold cuts, pasta, salads), soup, selection of meat and fish main courses + side dishes (2 main meat courses + 2 main fish courses), fresh salads, desserts. Drinks with meals are not included in the price and are charged according to the regular restaurant price list.
• Note: Attendance at the gala dinner applies only to Conference participants.
  All participants who have paid for the half-board service (breakfast + dinner) can attend the gala dinner, while for other conference participants who come only for the gala dinner, the price is 50.00 EUR per person.

Payment method:

1. By bank transfer, payment via internet banking, bank or post office order to carry out the transaction to the business account of PALMA TRAVEL d.o.o. HR7323400091110590715 at Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), Zagreb.
2. Credit/debit cards. For all installment payments of 2-12 installments, the agency charges a handling fee of 5%.

For the participants of the Conference, bus transportation Zagreb-Petrčane-Zagreb has been organized. The price of a subsidized return ticket is 40 EUR.

Due to the limited number of places (50 places), it is necessary to register as soon as possible, and cancellation of the reservation is not possible 24 hours before the bus departure.
